Group Photos of CAP 2-7-4, Page Two

Jim Vollberg, Channing Prothro, Jack Driggers, Doc Sanchez

In my opinion, this group of four guys were the closest in CAP 4. We trusted each other without question.

L to R: Jim Vollberg, Channing Prothro, Jack Driggers, "Doc" Sanchez

The guys smoking in front of the ammo bunker

Some of the guys smoking in front of the ammo bunker at Company Headquarters — who else but a bunch of Renegade Marines would do that?

Front: Channing Prothro, ??

Rear: Keith Neitshke, "Marty" Martinez, Jack Driggers

Tam
Tam, another of our very dedicated PF's. A close friend not only to me, but to the other Marines also.

Me with M-79
Me with M-79 grenade launcher; I LOVED that weapon!

Taking a break on patrol

Taking a much-needed break while on patrol.

L-R: "Red" Cook, Jim Moberg (with back to cam), Jerry "Teacher" Miskar (seated), Diaz, Manuel Quinones (lying on ground with PRC-25 handset).

Dinh and Nuey
Dinh and Nuey (spelling may be very wrong), two more of our PF's. These two guys somehow managed to keep us supplied with Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper at all times (well, most of the time).
